Twin Isle Tallow was created by us, identical twin sisters Jodi and Jilian, born and raised on beautiful Vancouver Island.
Our story is rooted in family, resilience, and a shared love for simple, thoughtfully made products. After years of using natural oils in our own skincare routines, we discovered tallow and became fascinated by its rich, nourishing qualities. What began as something we made for ourselves and our family soon grew into something much bigger.
In May 2026, Twin Isle Tallow was born.
Every product we create is handcrafted in small batches on Vancouver Island using grass-fed tallow and carefully selected oils and ingredients. We believe skincare doesn’t need to be complicated. Our goal is to create simple, beautiful products that feel good to use and become an easy part of your everyday routine.
The name Twin Isle Tallow represents exactly who we are: two twins with deep roots on Vancouver Island. The West Coast is a huge part of our identity, from the forests and rugged coastline to the communities that have supported us along the way. That connection is reflected in everything from our logo and packaging to the products we create.
But behind the jars, labels and late nights making products, we are sisters first. We have walked through some of life’s happiest moments and some of its hardest ones side by side. Family has always been at the centre of our lives, and building this little business together has become another chapter in that story.
What started at home has grown into a brand we are incredibly proud to share with customers across Canada. We still make our products with the same care and intention we did at the beginning, one small batch at a time.
